Key Responsibilities
- Lead design concepts, mood boards, and space planning
- Review drawings, BOQs, and ensure code compliance
- Manage junior designers, 3D visualizers & draftsmen
- Coordinate with clients, site teams & consultants
- Oversee project timelines, materials & budgets
- Guide procurement to align with design intent
Qualifications
- Degree in Interior Design or related field
- NOT less than 10 years of active experience in interior design with lead-level exposure
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.
- Strong leadership, communication & project skills
