Lead Business Analyst Job Techsavanna Technology

Techsavanna CO LTD is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join our Technology Operations team.

In this role, you will:

Identify automation opportunities and support process improvement across the business
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs, gather requirements, and develop business cases
Lead system implementation efforts and provide ongoing support for IT solutions
Deliver data-driven insights that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Certification in Agile, Business Analysis, or Solution Architecture is a plus
3+ years’ experience in Business Analysis or 4+ years in Applications Development
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
