Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily activities of the landscaping and grass clearing workers, ensures quality execution of grounds maintenance, manages landscaping tools, and ensures proper disposal of green waste.

Qualifications

• Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or a similar field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Practical knowledge of various landscaping tools and equipment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in an outdoor environment.
• Understanding of basic horticulture or plant care is an advantage.
