Laboratory Technologist – Mavoko Job

Qualifications/Requirements

• Degree in Laboratory Sciences or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
• At least three (3) years of working experience
• Registered and with a valid license from the Kenya Medical Laboratory technicians and Technologists Board
• Trained and must demonstrate understanding of Laboratory Quality Management Systems (QMS) initiatives.
• Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable Competencies

• Ability to lead a medical team, manage staff, and oversee clinical operations.
• Project management and report writing skills.
• Training or certification in hospital administration, public health, or emergency care.
• Ability to handle budgeting and resource management
• •Good communication and interpersonal skills
