They are seeking an experienced and hands-on Kitchen Worktops Supervisor to oversee the installation and finishing of kitchen worktops made from materials such as tiles, marble, granite, or other natural stone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the installation of kitchen worktops including cutting, fitting, polishing, and finishing.
• Manage and coordinate installation teams, ensuring timely and high-quality project completion.
• Interpret layout drawings and installation plans, providing direction to workers as needed.
• Inspect sites before, during, and after installation to ensure precision and adherence to quality standards.
• Ensure proper use and care of materials and tools on-site.
• Coordinate with the project manager, designers, and other teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain safety standards and enforce compliance with site protocols.
• Attend scheduled site meetings and provide reports

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with or supervising installations involving granite, quartz, sintered stone, marble, tiles, or other natural stones.
• Proven supervisory experience in a construction or interior installation environment.
• Strong technical understanding of material handling, cutting, and finishing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
