Princeton Preparatory Schools was founded on Montessori principles, emphasizing self-directed activity, collaborative learning, mentoring, peace, community, and a prepared environment. Located in Gigiri, Nairobi, Kenya, we serve children from 18 months to 5th grade. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Kindergarten Teacher located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Kindergarten Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing lessons, fostering a collaborative and engaging classroom environment, and mentoring young learners. Day-to-day tasks include developing educational content, facilitating activities, and assessing student progress. The teacher will also communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to support student development.

Qualifications

• Classroom Management Experience
• Skills in Lesson Planning and Education
• Strong Communication and Teaching abilities
• Experience in Training and mentoring young learners
• Understanding of Montessori principles is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• Certification in Early Childhood Education or relevant qualification
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
