Key Responsibilities
- Regional Performance: Monitor regional performance and resolve challenges promptly.
- Data Management: Maintain Excel data, oversee logistics, and clear abnormal data daily.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the main contact for KiliShops and maintain strong partnerships.
- Quality Control: Improve reviews/ratings and conduct compliance audits.
- Financial Oversight: Manage invoices and monitor billing discrepancies.
- Training & Development: Organize virtual trainings and workshops for shop owners.
- Reporting & Strategy: Prepare performance reports and implement growth strategies.

Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience in regional management or operations.
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and logistics knowledge.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership experience with training or workshop facilitation.
- Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
