Role:

The Junior IT Officer provides first-line technical support across the organization, ensuring smooth IT operations and timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues. The role supports system reliability, user access management, and IT policy compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level IT support (hardware, software, networking)
• Install and configure systems, applications, and devices
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights
• Monitor computer systems and basic network functions
• Log and track support tickets; escalate when required
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and replace components
• Support application rollouts and system updates
• Maintain IT documentation and compliance standards

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Experience:

• 1-2 years in IT support (internship acceptable)
• Basic ERP knowledge (SAP exposure preferred)
• Understanding of OS, Microsoft Office, and common application
• Awareness of IT security and data protection standards
• Familiarity with cloud-based tools and mobile technologies
