Role Description:

Client Collaboration

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Prepare quotes, present concepts, and provide regular project updates.
• Assist clients in selecting materials, finishes, furniture, and layouts.
• Create detailed drawings, 2D/3D renderings, mood boards, and mockups to communicate design ideas.

Interior Styling & Implementation

• Provide guidance on styling, including artwork, window treatments, and accessories.
• Inspect and survey sites, ensuring all materials meet design and quality standards.
• Supervise construction works (especially paint application) and ensure compliance with prescribed design plans.

Project Management

• Develop and manage project budgets and resources effectively.
• Oversee design implementation, conduct site visits, and coordinate with teams.
• Resolve any design-related issues that arise during construction or installation.

Furniture & Fixture Sourcing

• Source and recommend quality finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with the design vision

Qualifications:

• Skills in Space Planning and Interior Design
• Experience with Architecture and Construction Drawings
• Strong creative and innovative design abilities
• Proficiency in design software such as ArchiCAD, SketchUp, and Revit, and Rendering Softwares
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, or a related field
• Project management experience
