What you will do:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for IT-related issues (hardware, software, network, etc.)
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving computer and peripheral problems.
- Support installation and configuration of operating systems and software.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment.
- Help monitor, manage & audit user accounts (Active Directory, O365, Biometrics, etc.)
- Assist with documentation of support procedures and technical guides
- Support in setting up meeting rooms and IT equipment for events.
- Collaborate with the IT team on ongoing quarterly tasks & projects.
What you will need:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, and computer hardware.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Prior internship or IT experience is a plus but not required.
