What you bring

• Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in developing and maintaining standard integrations, using common platforms like Pipedream, Okta Workflows, Zapier, or custom APIs.
• Professional Expectations: Independently manages routine integration projects; collaborates effectively across teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Required Technical Expertise: Skilled in using no/low code platforms like Pipedream, Okta Workflows, and Zapier to create functional integrations and automate workflows across various business functions.
• Proactive Projects: Develop and enhance integrations that streamline processes for multiple departments, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and deliver high-quality integration solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex issues.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in speaking and writing in English.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Integration Development: Develop and maintain standard integrations using platforms like Pipedream, Okta Workflows, Zapier, or custom APIs.
• Workflow Automation: Utilize Okta Workflows and Zapier to create and manage automated workflows that enhance business processes across various functions.
• Project Management: Independently manage routine integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Collaboration: Work closely with different teams to gather requirements and implement effective integration solutions.
• Proactive Projects: Identify opportunities to streamline processes through integration, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, workflows, and technical solutions.
• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations, ensuring they remain functional and efficient.
