Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Hardware Management

• Ensure all ICT equipment (computers, printers, servers, routers, etc.) are operating efficiently.
• Conduct routine system maintenance, troubleshooting, and hardware upgrades.
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets and recommend necessary replacements.

Network Administration & Security

• Monitor and maintain a stable and secure company network.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and optimize network performance.
• Implement security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and encryption.

Software Management & Development

• Ensure all company software is updated and properly licensed.
• Develop and maintain in-house software applications in collaboration with the IT team.
• Support third-party software integrations and troubleshoot software issues.

Cybersecurity & Data Protection

• Regularly update antivirus software and enforce cybersecurity best practices.
• Conduct security audits and implement data backup and recovery strategies.
• Train employees on cybersecurity awareness and safe IT practices.

IT Support & Training

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software-related issues.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance staff proficiency in IT systems.
• Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.

Systems Analysis & Strategic IT Planning

• Assess company IT systems and recommend improvements for efficiency.
• Research emerging technologies and propose solutions to enhance business operations.
• Ensure compliance with IT regulations, policies, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT support, network administration, or software development.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, networking, and system security.
• Experience with software development (PHP, Java, C#, or similar) is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
