Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer located in Nairobi. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, creating and reviewing architectural and construction drawings, and developing interior design plans. The role includes selecting and specifying furnishings, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), ensuring projects meet quality and aesthetic standards. Daily tasks involve collaborating with clients and project teams to deliver unique and functional design solutions.
Qualifications
- Space Planning and Interior Design skills
- Experience with Architecture and Construction Drawings
- Knowledge of FF&E (Furnishings, Fixtures, and Equipment)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
