Responsibilities:
Design & Detailing
- Develop architectural concepts, space plans, and integrated design solutions.
- Produce full, accurate sets of construction drawings (plans, elevations, sections, RCPs, and detailed millwork shop drawings.
- Ensure design adherence to building codes and regulations.
- 3D Modeling & Visualization
Skills
- 3 years of experience
- Create detailed 3D models of interior spaces.
- Knowledge of Archicad, Sketchup & Vray
- Generate high-quality, photo-realistic renderings for client presentations and marketing.
- Develop visual mood boards, material palettes, and finishes within the 3D environment.
- Bonus: Produce virtual tours or animation walkthroughs.
