Role Description

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales and general Sales skills
- Experience with Customer Service and building strong client relationships
- Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage concepts
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision
- Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage
- A diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
