  • Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 5 years of proven ICT support and administration experience.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of network protocols, security principles, and cybersecurity threats. Proficient in installing and troubleshooting hardware/software components, with experience in ICT project management.
