Our client a is a premier law firm providing a comprehensive range of legal services and
solutions for domestic and international clients looking to hire an ICT manager, who will work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that our company is using the most up-to-date technology to run the company business. They are seeking an ICT manager who will be responsible for ensuring that the hardware and software used by our company is compatible, secure, and scalable. You will also be responsible for managing our internal network and providing support for our staff.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee the installation and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, and networks
• Lead and assit with training IT department staff
• Develop and implement policies related to network security, disaster recovery, and IT infrastructure
• Analyze resource utilization and develop strategies to optimize performance
• Establish, measure, and define IT goals and maintain an IT roadmap
• Monitor and analyze the success of IT initiatives and projects and continually develop and evaluate new technologies and tools for the company
• Direct the activities of the help desk to ensure the IT needs of users are met
• Manage development projects to integrate new technologies into existing systems
• Perform ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software, and network components

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology (BBIT), Telecommunications (BSc. TC), Computer Science, or a related ICT field.
• Professional certifications in areas like network/server administration, SQL administration, programming, IT service management, and virtual server administration (HYPER-V).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in network and systems administration in a fast- paced ICT environment.
• 4+ years of experience in end-user support.
• Expertise in server administration (Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL), network infrastructure (Fortinet, HP, DHCP, DNS), and virtualization (Hyper-V).
• Strong skills in enterprise wireless management, advanced routing, switching, and system monitoring.
• Experience in ICT budgeting and cost management.
• Supervisory experience with a proven ability to engage both ICT and business management.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, time management, and organizational skills
