  • Handle employee queries related to salaries, benefits, and leave.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures.
  • Support HR initiatives, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare HR and payroll reports for management review.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR and payroll administration.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and HR best practices.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
