Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Thika town, Kenya. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Day-to-day tasks include developing HR policies, conducting interviews, managing employee records, addressing employee queries, and ensuring a healthy work environment. Additionally, the HR Manager will play a key role in training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Relations
- Proficiency in Performance Management, HR Policies, and Labor Law Compliance
- Strong skills in Training and Development, and Organizational Development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in the agricultural or manufacturing industry is a plus
