HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Partner with senior management to forecast workforce needs and plan for future talent requirements.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting, and hiring top talent.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key roles.
  • Manage onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues.
  • Handle grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution in line with Kenyan Labour Laws.
  • Develop programs to enhance employee morale, motivation, and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and implement improvements based on feedback.

Performance Management & Development

Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
Identify skills gaps and coordinate training and development programs.
Support career development and succession planning initiatives.

Compensation, Benefits & Payroll

Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll administration.
Conduct regular market benchmarking to ensure the organization’s remuneration packages remain competitive.

HR Policies, Compliance & Reporting

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with Kenyan Labour Laws and best practices.
  • Ensure legal compliance in all HR activities, including employment contracts, terminations, and workplace safety.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management to inform strategic decisions.

Organizational Development & Change Management

  • Support change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Facilitate team-building, leadership development, and organizational culture programs.
  • Advise management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and process improvements.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role (receptionist or digital marketing)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a HR management role.
  • Strong knowledge of Kenyan Labour Laws, recruitment best practices, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
