Role Description

This is a volunteer role for a Human Resources Department Volunteer. The role involves various tasks such as assisting with HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. This is a remote role, allowing you to contribute from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR), HR Management skills
• Experience with developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration
• Personnel Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in volunteer management or non-profit organizations is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is beneficial
• We recognise internships and attachments as experience for this role
