Key Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and staff record management
  • Ensure compliance with Kenyan labour laws and HR policies
  • Coordinate performance management and staff development plans
  • Manage payroll inputs, leave tracking, and staff welfare initiatives
  • Support volunteers and field-based teams as needed

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; IHRM or HR qualification and registration preferred
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in HR administration
  • Knowledge of Kenyan labour law and HR best practices

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
