To provide temporary support in HR and Administration. The reliever will ensure smooth continuity of operations, accurate documentation, communication, and timely coordination across departments.

Admin Roles & Responsibilities

  • Preparing and issuing invoices and maintaining proper records.
  • Creating, distributing, and filing job cards for ongoing works
  • Tracking job progress and updating relevant stakeholders.
  • Preparing and sending quotations as guided
  • Assisting in purchasing materials, preparing LPOs, and following up with suppliers.
  • Drafting, sending, and responding to official emails.
  • Handling phone calls, taking messages, and following up on work-related issues.
  • Preparing contract documents and ensuring files are updated.

HR & Employee Support

  • Conducting new employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Receiving leave requests, updating leave records, and filing.
  • Handling employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
  • Issuing contracts and tracking those due for renewal.
  • Managing Health & Safety (PPE) by issuing PPEs, maintaining PPE registers, and ensuring compliance.
  • Handling accidents and incidents reports
  • Tracking attendance by monitoring daily attendance, updating registers, for workshop and sites.
