Job Summary:

The Hotel Operations Supervisor will oversee the smooth day-to-day running of operational departments including dormitory, nanny services, logistics, food and canteen operations, chef coordination, and office cleaning. The ideal candidate will have strong team management experience and a keen eye for administrative accuracy and operational efficiency.

Dormitory Management:

Supervise the cleanliness, maintenance, and occupancy of staff dormitories to ensure high standards of accommodation.

Nanny Management:

  • Oversee the scheduling, conduct, and performance of nannies assigned to guest or staff services.
  • Logistics and Food Management:
  • Coordinate deliveries, inventory, and distribution of food and related supplies to ensure timely and quality service.

Canteen Management:

Ensure canteen operations are efficient, hygienic, and adequately stocked. Monitor staff meals and service schedules.

Chef Management:

Supervise kitchen operations, manage chefs’ schedules, and uphold food quality, hygiene, and cost-efficiency standards.

Office Cleaning Management:

Ensure all office and public areas are clean and maintained according to hotel standards.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records related to staff schedules, inventory, maintenance logs, and daily operations reports.

Team Supervision:

Lead, train, and evaluate team members to ensure operational excellence across all areas.

  • Minimum 3 years of team supervision or operations management experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability in record keeping, process documentation, and administrative oversight.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and resolve conflicts efficiently.
  • Knowledge of workplace health, hygiene, and safety regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Candidates with outstanding ability in documentation and operational management will be given priority.
  • Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment is an added advantage.
