Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Community Health, or Healthcare Assistance.
• Higher Diploma in Medical Education or a related field (an added advantage).
• Registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) or other recognized health regulatory bodies.
• Skilled in curriculum delivery, lesson planning, and classroom management.
• Flexibility to work as per the institution’s schedule.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet frequently occurring deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent Research and Critical thinking skills.
• Time management skills and attention to detail
