HEALTH SYSTEMS ASSOCIATE; CENTRE FOR HEALTHCARE QUALITY AND
INNOVATION (CHQI) PROJECT, ADVERT REF: (AD/3/217/26), 1 POST

The Project:

The Centre for Healthcare Quality and Innovation (CHQI), based at the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Nairobi, seeks to recruit Public Health Evaluation Associates on a three-month temporary basis in Nairobi, reporting to the Principal Investigator.

Job Purpose:

Participate in the design, planning, implementation, and evaluation of public health programmes

  • Program design, development, planning and evaluation;
  • Literature survey and synthesis;
  • Study protocol development, planning and implementation;
  • Data collection, analysis, and report writing;
  • Creates and disseminates materials to communicate information to the public;
  • Health technology assessment and implementation;
  • Supervise study/evaluation assistants.
  • MBChB with at least one year post-internship, or;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences with at least 5 years of relevant public health evaluation experience.
  • Diploma in clinical health professional qualifications with at least 7 years of delivering public health interventions

Terms of Employment:

These are early-career, temporary, full-time positions for an initial period of three (3) months, with the possibility of extension, subject to IMMEDIATE availability & satisfactory performance.
