Key Requirements:
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), Master’s is an added advantage
- TSC registered
- 10+ years teaching experience (secondary level)
- 5+ years in a leadership role (Head/Deputy/HOD)

- Strong background in CBE, instructional coaching & staff management
