Key Responsibilities

• Monitor enrollment trends and prepare performance reports for management.
• Ensure the consistency of brand messaging across all platforms and materials.
• Spearhead market research to inform product development and competitive positioning.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing a team and working with cross-functional departments.
• Strong digital marketing skills (social media, SEO, content creation).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight timelines.
