Key Responsibilities

Program Design & Quality

• Oversee design, refinement, and integrity of all PPI programs (Youth & Corporate).
• Ensure programs align with PPI’s neuroscience-backed methodologies and transformation philosophy.
• Maintain high facilitation, ethical, and safeguarding standards.

Delivery & Facilitation Excellence

• Lead and manage facilitators, coaches, and trainers.
• Train, onboard, and certify facilitators in PPI methodologies.
• Ensure consistent participant experience across all programs.

Impact & Measurement

• Define and track transformation outcomes (mindset shifts, behavior change, confidence, performance).
• Capture testimonials, success stories, and case studies to support growth.
• Continuously improve programs based on feedback and data.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Work closely with senior leadership and commercial heads to support program scalability.
• Support sales teams by ensuring programs deliver strong credibility and results.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Essential

• 5+ years experience in program delivery, coaching, education, facilitation, or leadership development.
• Strong grounding in youth development, adult learning, psychology, or coaching.
• Proven ability to manage facilitators and deliver complex programs.
• High integrity, emotional intelligence, and leadership maturity.
• Strong organisational and execution skills.

Advantage

• Coaching certification (ICF or equivalent).
• Experience in both youth and corporate environments.
• Exposure to neuroscience-based or experiential learning models.
