Head of Marketing Job

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Director at Staroot Real Estate, located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Marketing Director will be responsible for overseeing market planning, managing all marketing activities, conducting market research, coordinating and implementing marketing strategies, and driving sales efforts. Daily tasks include developing comprehensive marketing plans, leading a team of marketing professionals, analysing market trends and data, and collaborating with other departments to promote the company’s properties and services. The Marketing Director will also be expected to enhance brand visibility and ensure the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in Market Planning and Marketing Management
• Skills in Market Research and analysing market trends
• Proven experience in Marketing and developing marketing strategies
• Ability to drive and manage Sales efforts
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Nairobi County, Kenya
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in real estate.
