EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors’ Degree in Sales & Marketing, or related studics.
• Minimum 5 ycars working experience, 2 of which should be in a management role.
• Experience in the FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of traditional trade dynamics.
• Valid Driver’s License.

• Sales and Marketing Skills: Should have ability to develop and execute effective sales and
• marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Relationship Management: Must demonstrate ability to build and maintain strong
• relationships with key wholesale customers and Sub-distributors.
• Strategic Planning: Must show ability to develop and execute strategic plan for the traditional
• trade that aligns with overall business objectives and goals.
• Business Acumen: Must possess strong understanding of distribution, TT industry trends and
• competitive landscape.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Should have ability to analyse complex data and
• make sound business decisions, identify problems and develop effective solutions.
• Leadership and Team Management: Must be able to lead and manage a sales team, motivate
• and inspire team members, set clear goals and expectations, and provide coaching and development to drive performance.
• Communication Skills: Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members and other stakeholders.
• Adaptability and Agility: Must be able to adapt to changes in market conditions, customer needs and business priorities and make quick decisions to address challenges and opportunities.
