Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Graduate Architect to join our design-led studio. The ideal candidate will have strong design and technical ability, a solid grasp of BIM workflows in ArchiCAD, and skills in parametric design and realistic rendering.

This role offers exposure to a range of architectural projects – from concept development to detailed documentation – within a collaborative and technology-forward environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support architectural concepts, drawings, and visual presentations.
• Produce coordinated BIM models and documentation in ArchiCAD.
• Explore parametric and performance-driven design using Grasshopper.
• Create realistic renderings and animations in Twinmotion or other software for presentations.
• Contribute to design reviews, technical coordination, and detailing.
• Assist in preparation of submissions, authority drawings, and tender documentation.
• Participate in research on materials, sustainability strategies, and digital workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) with a minimum Second Upper grade.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD with understanding of BIM principles.
• Skilled in Twinmotion or other software for realistic visualization and animation.
• Strong design sense, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-driven, and eager to learn.
• Familiarity with Unreal, Corona, 3D Printing, AI Models, Grasshopper, Python etc will be an advantage
