Job Summary

Halcyon Healthcare Ltd is a leading healthcare facility located in Upperhill, 5th Avenue Office Suites, 7th Floor.We are seeking a qualified and experienced General Practitioner (GP) to join our dynamic medical team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical expertise, strong administrative capability, and a genuine commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient medical care.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of medical conditions.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date medical records.
• Oversee clinical operations and ensure smooth day-to-day service delivery.
• Support the implementation of hospital policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Participate in continuous professional development and clinical audits.
• Supervise junior clinical staff and contribute to team training where necessary.
• Handle administrative tasks including patient documentation, reporting, and coordination with management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBChB or equivalent).
• Valid registration and practicing license with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC).
• Minimum of two (2) years’ post-internship clinical experience in a hospital or medical facility.
• Proven administrative and leadership skills in a clinical environment.
• Excellent diagnostic, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong ethical standards, professionalism, and attention to detail.
