Daily responsibilities include evaluating clients’ financial needs, proposing suitable financial products, and maintaining ongoing client relationships to ensure their financial well-being. Additionally, the Financial Advisor will stay informed about market trends to provide the best possible recommendations for each client’s situation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to help clients create and manage effective strategies for their future financial goals.
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Investments to evaluate and recommend appropriate financial solutions to clients.
• Experience in Financial Advisory to guide clients in making informed financial decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their financial needs.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, on-site environment.
• Prior experience in the microfinance sector or advisory roles is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
