JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and risk management
- Manage income, receivables, payables, commissions, and costs
- Prepare financial reports and profitability analysis
- Support forecasting, variance analysis, and board reporting
- Ensure regulatory, tax, and audit compliance
- Maintain financial records, controls, and ERP accuracy
- Enforce financial policies and drive cost efficiency
- Support strategy, pricing, and compensation decisions
- Monitor financial and operational KPIs

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- CPA (K) or ACCA qualification
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in insurance or brokerage
- Strong accounting skills including GL, AP/AR, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Birthmark, or similar platforms)
