- Drive sales performance & meet set targets
- Monitor and support repayment collections
- Supervise & motivate field teams across regions
- Plan and coordinate field operations efficiently
- Analyze market trends & optimize opportunities
- Prepare and submit performance reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies
