Your role
- To provide technical service and support to our customers, through regular on-site visits, providing repairs and tool calibrations. Working as part of the Atlas Copco Service team, to continuously improve our customer satisfaction.
- To provide repairs and field service support on Industrial Power Tooling including Electronic, Pneumatic handheld and fixtured tools.
- To provide the customer with technical support during breakdowns, over the phone and when required on site.
- To conduct regular customer visits providing technical support, assistance and guidance as and when required.
- To maintain records of all activities.
- To carry out calibrations and preventative maintenance tasks on a scheduled and planned basis, according to laboratory and ISO procedures.
- To plan, manage and carry out the installation of our equipment at the customers premises.
- To ensure all repair and calibration workshop documentation is completed correctly and up to date.
- To provide written reports on repairs and incidents as requested by management or the customer.
- To provide advice and feedback to the customer on the use of their equipment.
- To work as part of a team with our sales representatives and the customer to help address any support and technical issues.

To succeed, you will need
- Engineering Diploma/Degree or Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to take ownership and provide value added solutions to our customers.
- Motivated, self-starter, and organized.
- Flexibility in being able to respond to the customers’ demands – this will involve early starts and late finishes, as well as occasionally attending plant outside normal hours, in an emergency response capacity.
- Clean driving license.
- Strong customer service skills.
- High degree of reliability.
- Team player.
- Resilient and goal oriented.
