Woodshark Ventures is seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote our premium furniture solutions and acquire new clients in institutional facilities. This is a commission-based role with a retainer fee, ideal for a motivated sales professional with a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting potential clients in institutional markets.
  • Conduct outreach through in-person visits, phone calls, and emails to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Present and demonstrate furniture products, emphasizing their features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales to meet and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the furniture industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a field-based role effectively.

Compensation

  • Commission-based earnings with a retainer fee.
