Key Responsibilities

  • User Acquisition & Engagement:
  • Grow and manage the fan resource pool
  • Design and execute innovative fan engagement activities

Product Trial Management:

  • Recruit users for product testing
  • Oversee trials from initiation to mass production

Feedback & Improvement:

  • Gather user insights to enhance products/services
  • Analyze engagement metrics to optimize strategies

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work with internal teams to refine fan experience systems

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field
  • Experience: 3+ years in user engagement/community operations

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of electronic product development cycles
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication (verbal/written)
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and stress-resilient
