Our Client is a leading company the lifts industry based in Nairobi Kenya is seeking to fill the advertised position of Facilities Co-coordinator offering a competitive salary, medical and pension benefits

  • Ensure exceptional facilities and office equipment management services
  • Oversee the timely renewal and conduct of licenses, permits, and audits for facilities
  • Manage service providers including the reconciliation of their payments.
  • Manage the reception area and oversee mail and courier services.
  • Plan space management according to business needs and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage fleet operations, including monitoring of fuel cards & insurance.
  • Coordinate travel logistics,
  • Manage digital archiving for efficient document storage and retrieval.
  • At least Diploma in Procurement or Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Three years of progressive experience in facilities coordination, procurement, administration, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of statutory compliance, health & safety standards, and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in SAP systems is a must.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple locations.
  • Knowledge in usage of SAP (ERP) will be an added advantage.
