Job Description/Requirements

• Safe, professional and competent driving of Company vehicles as scheduled
• Perform basic diagnostics of vehicle mechanical issues and ensure timely reporting for scheduling of maintenance & repairs
• Ensure vehicles are serviced at the stated mileage and all details documented in the logbook
• Inspect assigned vehicle daily to ensure cleanliness and safety are maintained
• Observe all safety and security requirements for self, passengers and the vehicle in your care.
• Accurate recording of driving/mileage logs and all vehicle expenses
• Carry out any clerical duties as may be assigned

Requirements, Qualifications and Experience

• Holder of valid driving license for Class BCE vehicles and should be accident free
• Continuous driving experience of 5 years and above in a corporate environment
• Must be fully conversant with major road routes in Nairobi & able to use google maps
• Basic academic qualifications with a minimum of KCSE
• Good written and spoken communication skills with fluency in English and Swahili
• Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Good organizational & time management skills
• Professional appearance and knowledge of chauffeur etiquette
• Fully conversant with Traffic Laws/Rules and should able to interpret road signs
• Good conduct certificate/Police clearance certificate
• Ability to work and deliver under pressure and able to work outside normal office hours
• Good interpersonal skills
• Should be available immediately
