Engineer – Energy Analytics Job
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold the company code of conduct, policies and procedures, ensuring integrity and accountability in every aspect of your work.

- Development and Support of all ETL and analytics processes used within the energy domain
- Development and maintenance of energy management databases
- Automate processes across energy management which enables self-healing and proactive monitoring.
- Perform root cause analysis on existing dashboards/reports and data related incidents
- Develop and maintain energy management dashboards, reports & alerts
- Drive Implementation of energy management digitization and Automation.
- Energy Projects Benefit Realization Management
- Maintain clear documentation of all data models, pipelines in the energy domain
- Vendor Selection for different Projects: Evaluation of EOI and RFP documents for vendor selection in respect to Digitization & Automation agenda.
- Contribute to the development and deployment of energy management machine learning models to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data science, telecommunications, and energy management
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer, IT or related field
- Should have demonstratable 2yrs experience working in data engineering role.
- Should demonstrate proficiency in Data analytics and presentation skills.
- Over 2 years’ experience in programming languages like python, Java, C# etc.
- Over 2 years’ experience working with visualization tools e.g. PowerBI, Tableu, Qlik Sense.
- Working knowledge of Big data systems, SQL and NoSQL database management systems with expertise in MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, MongoDB etc.
- Experience in energy management/telecommunication is an added advantage
- Experience in Machine learning is an added advantage
