Role Summary:
Owns website performance, conversion, and monetization.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize conversion rate (CRO)
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions
- Improve user journey (UX/UI)
- Collaborate with operations on stock and fulfillment
- Run A/B testing
KPIs:
- Conversion Rate, Average Order Value (AOV), Cart Abandonment Rate (Email Marketing), Revenue per visitor, Checkout completion rate.
