Ideal Applicant Summary
- Clean driving license with safety record,extensive experience driving in urban, rural & 4WD/off-road conditions. Solid knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety checks & basic troubleshooting, with ability to identify mechanical risks early.
- Experience supporting logistics and field operations in NGO, development, or corporate settings. Good knowledge of local and national road networks and security considerations.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook for logistics documentation and reporting. Strong communication skills in English, effective route planning, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making. Professional, reliable, culturally respectful, and flexible, with willingness to travel and work in field locations. Defensive driving training is an added advantage.
