Key Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring inventory replenishment to prevent overstock and understock situations
- Updating and maintaining accurate inventory records for multiple store locations in Excel
- Tracking stock movement between factory and stores
- Preparing packing lists and coordinating dispatch for wholesale, government, and event orders
- Managing delivery documentation, invoices, and signed delivery notes
- Maintaining organized filing and stock records
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping abilities
- Able to coordinate effectively with multiple teams (Sales, Production, Store Managers)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
