Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in security management, criminology, disaster management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• At least three (3) years’ relevant experience in security management, preferably in a hospital, public institution, or security firm.
• Experience in managing outsourced services or contract supervision will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of electronic security systems such as cctv, access control, and alarm systems.
• Good understanding of security operations, risk management, and emergency response procedures.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Valid certificate of good conduct from the directorate of criminal investigations (dci).
