Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
- 2–4 years of proven experience in debt collection
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good computer skills and ability to work with collection systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Should be within Nairobi and its environment
- ready to work
Key Responsibilities
- Contact clients to collect outstanding debts
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities
- Follow up on overdue accounts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
