The Dean plays a pivotal role in ensuring a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment that fosters the personal, academic, and professional growth of students.

Job Specifications

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Sports Management, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree in Student Affairs, Educational Leadership, or a relevant area is highly desirable.

Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in student affairs, counseling, academic administration, or sports management.
• Proven track record in managing student programs, welfare, and disciplinary processes.
• Be computer proficient (MS Office).
