Our client Headquartered in the UK specialising in delivering service and innovative solutions in the office supplies industry are seeking two hire two Data Input Clerks who will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into the company’s systems. This includes inputting numerical, financial, and textual data from various sources, ensuring that data is complete, correct, and up to date. The role requires strong attention to detail and a high level of proficiency with data entry tools and software.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
- Accurately input data from various sources into company databases, spreadsheets, and management systems.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data while handling large
- volumes of numerical, financial, and textual information.
- Regularly update and maintain data records to ensure they are current and reliable.
Quality Control:
- Perform data validation checks, cross-checking entered information to identify and correct discrepancies or errors.
- Conduct regular backups and organize data for easy access, ensuring data integrity and preventing information loss or corruption.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Generate and assist with the preparation of reports for management or department needs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain and organize electronic and paper-based files for efficient access and retrieval.
Collaboration & Issue Resolution:
- Work closely with team members to address and resolve any data-related issues.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance Data Science, Statistics or a related field.
- A degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in data entry or clerical roles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and database management software.
- Familiarity with data protection and confidentiality protocols.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently and accurately.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
