Data Analyst and People & Culture Operations Lead Job

Requirements

We’d love to hear from you if you have a passion for continuous improvement in service delivery and a commitment to best practice system improvements with an employee experience focus. The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of four years’ experience in Data / HR Analytics preferably within an HR Operations environment,
• In a global or complex organisational context.
• Strong knowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS) and experience in leading on improvements / upgrades
• Proven track record of improving HR operational processes and delivering high-quality, efficient, and scalable HR services.
• Experienced in coaching, developing, and supporting team members to achieve consistent performance and professional growth.

You will report to the Global Employee Experience Manager.The job opportunity will be offered on a fixed term contract for one year and is based in Maynoth, Ireland, Nairobi, Kenya or Belfact, Northern Ireland[1]. As part of your role, you will manage a team of 3 People and Culture Operations Assistants.
